April 2022 Market Snapshot

Includes all residential properties and lots in Crested Butte, Mt Crested Butte, and Almont.

For April 2022 the number of properties sold was down and inventory continues to remain extremely low. Average sales prices for homes and land has increased while days on market decreased. Condos/Townhomes have been going quickly with average days on market of only 62 days.

We are still experiencing a strong sellers market especially for condos in the lower price points where I'm seeing multiple offers well above asking.
